Susten is a progesterone hormone preparation, which is used for treating sterility/ to avoid abortion in threatened abortions/ to facilitate fetal growth in hormone deficiencies./ to treat lack of menses or irregular bleeding (where it is used on particular days monthly ) Susten being progesterone pill causes breast heaviness/ pain & also irregular periods when given over a prolonged course. In this respect, I would advise to stop susten , wait for the results to come. The side effects should disappear after a couple of months break. Consult another gynecologist for your remaining complaints/ needful investigations & treatment , if any after that. Thanks.
