What Causes Severe Pain In Back During 39 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

39 weeks pregnant exactly 2maro! I have been having very bad back pain where I can't sit still... also I have noticed I feel like I have to pee but only very little comes out! I have drank 4 bottles of water and still nothing!! Don't want to make a pointless trip to the hospital just to get sent home!! Should I be concerned?

1.Yes you should concerned.
2.Visist your ER/Doctor as soon as possible.
3.Such pains are seen when head engaged and causing pressure on the adjeceg structures.
4.Keep self monitoring the baby movements.
5.Dont delay as its already time any time it can happen. Hope it helps you.
