hi. yesterday i experienced severe pain between my breast and down towards my stomache, the pain seemed to be internal. it was extremely painfully for an hour and then painful off and on for another hour. since then I have felt off it as if I was recovering from a sickness bug. Can you tell me what the pain was. was it anything to do with starting going to the gym thursday and friday?
