Hi I am 50 yrs female. I have severe pain on my hands wrist thumbs, lower back n now below my feet. I wake up slowly am stiff and in terrible pain..I am not myself anymore take vitamin eat well..now it s a pain that runs down through my vein like a spasim what is this...

Hi.
Female with age 40 to 50, swollen painfull small joints of hand and feet more than 6 week history,stiff at morning.. likely the possibility of rheumatoi arthritis.
Following tests are needed
R.A Factor
CRP,ESR
Anti CCP antibodies if R.A Factor is -ve
Methotrexate,steroids and NSAIDs are helpfull.
It is better to consult rheumatogist as they are trained in this field.
