This morning I woke up, moved around and heard theWORST crack in my neck I ve ever experienced. My bones pop pretty easily but this was different. I can feel excruciating pain from my head, my left arm, and down my left side ofmy back. I can barely move without tears coming out. There are no comfortable positions for me. I called into work. Been crying on and off. Help me.. Even walking causes horrible pain. What is it? What should i do?
Hello, Thank you for your question and welcome to Health Care Magic. I read your query and I understand your concern and the anguish that you are having.
I think that you have a soft tissue injury which is causing the issue. A soft tissue injury is one in which there is damage to the neck and it leads to the pain you are having. Here are a few things that you can try to help you: Rest the neck to stop making it worse Ice the area for 15 mins every hour Compress the area using a neck compression Sleep by raising you head but not flexing the neck. This will prevent too much damage
You can also take tablet Acepara which will help with the pain. All the best and wish you a quick recovery.
Hope this helps you. Feel free to clarify further. Dr Vignan
