Hello,

So many factors usually cause headaches, It could either be a tension headache, myogenic or even a stressed induce headache, Since you have experienced this during waking up, it suggests a head pressure.

You might have an ongoing or about to develop a sinus infection. Headaches in the morning could also mean pressure in the brain brought about by hydrocephalus or, worse, a tumor.

It would be helpful having a face to face consult and have some lab tests and imaging like MRI of the brain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
