What Causes Severe Pain In Left Side Of Stomach?

hi Doctor, I am 34 yr old woman. I have sever pain in my left side of stomach and the result of my OLD Scopy is positive RUT. It is mild astral gastritis lax get junction. and advised me to take 3 antibiotics twice in a day for 2 weeks. wht is the causes for coming this disease? is it severe in condition? what are the food I should intake for my healthy life? plz suggest...Thank you.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of female/34 years, severe pain in left side of stomach.
Upper GI Endoscopy showed antral gastritis, lax GE junction hence advised medicines to be taken for 2 weeks. This means your H.pylori tests was positive. You have to continue if this is positive.
This can lead to serious problems if not treated.
Foods: soft and bland diet.
No oily or spicy food at all.
No stress anxiety.
Good 8 hours sleep.
Review endoscopy after one and half months and continue the diet restriction and lifestyle changes not to have recurrence .
