HI! so me and my friend were boxing and he hit me with a straight left so i came back with a hard right hook and from then on my wrist has been killing me. :( bending my hand up and down doesnt hurt but twisting my wrist hurts soooo bad along with lifting things with my hand facing up on the bottom left like a dull pain. do you think its broken or somthin and how long should i not workout with it?
