What Causes Severe Pain In Right Abdomen While Passing Stools?

My daughter has had pain for months in her right sight, this is worse when she needs to pass stools, she has had her bladder checked and nothing was found, she has now been doubled in agony and fainted a few times, what could this be, When she experiences the pain her face is as white as a sheet
