What Causes Severe Pain In The Elbow?

I ve been having severe elbow pain that is getting worse. Moving my arm up, like to adjust glasses or put my hair behind my ear, makes me cringe. I now have pain in my forearm and a lump on the inside of my elbow where it bends in. I ve used ice and heat. Stretching type exercise, Pressure points, Wraps. I wake up at night in pain and or my hand is numb. It s driving me crazy. It s been constant for just over a month. Before that it was sporadic. I already take muscle relaxing medication for neck spasms. I m self diagnosing tennis elbow, don t know what else it could be. There was no trauma , it appears to be from normal use, day to day but I don t know how much longer I can take the pain. Kim
