Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The most common cause of groin pain is a muscle, tendon or ligament strain, particularly in athletes who play sports such as hockey, soccer and football. Groin pain might occur immediately after an injury, or pain might come on gradually over a period of weeks or even months. Groin pain might be worsened by continued use of the injured area.
A few cause I'm mentioned here:
1. Bursitis.
2. Epididimitis
3. Hydrocele
4. Inguinal hernias
5. Kidney stones
6. Sciatica.
7. Scrotal mass etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
