What Causes Severe Pain In The Head And Ear?

I'm only young but I'm starting to have a lot of head and ear aches very frequently and mostly together, I also am feeling awfully tired everyday after school I will go to sleep for around 5 hours and I know it isn't right. I do have a lot going on so I am aware it may be stress but if you know anything else it would be very helpful.thank you.

Stress can present as headache,overfatigue ,loss of interest ,body pain.Before labelling it as a reaction to stress,consult your doctor for ear examination and systemic examination.
