What Causes Severe Pain In The Labia Majora?
It hurts when I wipe and I guess that s my labia? I m not for sure but I ve had bad cramps lately and the other day I started to bleed thinking it was my period I used a tampon but when I removed the tampon later there was no blood on it, this happened again yesterday and for the past week when I wipe it hurts at the front. Also my breast and nipples have been sensitive to the touch lately and it seems I have to pee more but I m not drinking anymore then usual. What I m wondering is could all these things be a sign that I am pregnant?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Delayed periods, spotting, breast engorged, nipple tenderness, cramps in lower abdomen are suggestive of early pregnancy.
I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done and further management accordingly.
