I don t really know what I did but I think I hit my left arm in my sleep, it now really hurts to move and pick things up. It is along the right side of my left arm and it hurts when I twist my hand right. When I touch it it also feels bruised and it feels like something is moving. What have I done?
I have studied your case. Due to compression of this nerve root there can be pain your arm and fingers associated with it.
MRI cervical spine will help you. For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started. Till time, avoid lifting weights, Sit with support to back. You can consult physiotherapist for help. Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief. I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
