Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Dear pelvic pain radiating to left upper limbs may be due to lumbar spondylosis with sciatica or prolapsed intervertebral disc or deep vein thrombosis etc. You need to be examined for to know where is the problem is it at spinal cord or nerve root or peripheral nerve or at neuromuscular junction. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please consult your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
