What Causes Severe Pain In Thumb?

hi, pain start in my thumb right hand after pregnancy and nursing. my kid now is 2 years and pain is still the same. i did injections in the thumb joint and it relaxed me for a period of time, now pain is back and it's now in all my hand till my shoulder. can u please help me?

I really appreciate your concern from the history given here, I could say that this could be neurological pain, or be functional one in either condition this need to be treated on tentative basis and for that I would suggest the following treatment if this fail to respond then this need to be further investigated,
1) Tab Acetaminophen three times in day
2) Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day
3) Tab Amitriptyline three time in day,
