What Causes Severe Pain In Upper Back?
Dear Doctor, I have a severe pain in my upper back just lower to my neck. this is severe when i wake up in the morning. I am not able to bend my head down and move sides. Tha pain is just adjuscent to vetebral coloumn, I even doubt the pain is in muscle or bone. what could be the cause? if you can answer I will be very happy. YYYY@YYYY

You need a C spine X-ray. Avoid using a pillow. Do neck exercises.
