What Causes Severe Pain On My Left Thigh?
Hello Dr. i have been having this serious and cramping pains on my left tigh just inside the bone when i walk but my doctor recommended Zerodol Aceclofenac tablets 100mg, i have been taking that which is helpful, but i want to find out if it may have effect on getting pregnant.

Most probably it could be a neuropathic pain as in the case of sciatica. As first-line management, you can take analgesics like gabapentin for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedic and plan for an MRI scan.
