What Causes Severe Pain While Taking Lipo Injection?

i had a b 12 /lipo injection giving four hours ago and two hours after injection i started having very sharp pain ,enough to make me scream every couple of minutes should i be concerned. ive had theses injection several times so i know im not allergic , did they hit a nerve or something that could harm me.

Cannot say in your particular case. Several serious possibilities: an infection. A blood blister causeing local irritaiton or compression of a nerve. The lipo treatments I know of cause local death of tissue to get rid of a particular deposit of fat. It is intrinsically irritating.
