What Causes Severe Pain With Bloating After Hearing A Popping Sound?

Hi I was playing with my kids when one of them got on top of me when he got off we heard a huge pop on my left upper quadrant, since then my stomach hurts and it s bloaded, I have severe pain? When I laid down gets worst, and hurts a lot to move around

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of that one of the kids got on the top of you and when he got off, you got a severe pain in the left upper quadrant, popping sound, bloating and severe pain that is not allowing to lie down.
This indicates most probably that there may be a rupture of the stomach or any of the intestine, or spleen or so.
This is an emergency and you should be rushed to the ER,
Stop taking anything orally.
You need urgent clinical evaluation, examination, X-ray of the abdomen in standing position, ultrasonography to start with and CT scan if required.
Urgent exploratory Laparoscopy and repair may be added.
