Hello,

I have gone through your query and would like to offer some suggestions. The likely causes of your pain are urinary tract infection, impending period, painful cysts of the ovary, fibroid polyps which may have undergone torsion, pelvic infections etc. I would ask you not to exert, take as much rest as possible and see your doctor as soon as possible. A proper clinical evaluation followed by blood counts and urinalysis and a sonogram help to assess the situation and plan further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam,
