What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain Despite Taking Tramadol?

yes so like i have alont of vaginal and pelvic pain and like i take tramidol for it right and like i have really bad pain right now and i took one about 40 minutes ago on a semi empty stomich and like i cant figure out how long its gonna take for this pill to work or like if the pain is just so bad i need to go to the hospital

Pelvic pain can be of various reason.
We need to find out the cause.
Tramadol will help in relieving pain temporarily.
But will not correct the problem.
