What Causes Severe Redness And Burning Sensation On The Face?

3 or 4 times a year my face starts to burn and get red. the folling morning my eyes are swollenshut and my face is swollen and red. After a couple of days later the swelling goes down but im left with dry, fkakey shin that burns and nothing helps the burning. can u help me?

It would have been really helpful if you could relate the episodes to some activity like exposure to sun, polluted environment or use of some cosmetic. I would advise you to be careful and keep a keen eye to observe the offending agent and avoid that in future. it could be even an hair dye or another coloring used for hairs. You should splash your face with plain water and apply some soothing cream for immediate relief while taking anti allergic medication. Getting a doctor appointment is highly recommended since the problem gets acute and is recurrent. You might have to be prescribed steroidal creams for a short course.
