What Causes Severe Right Arm Pain?
The last 3 to 4 days I’ve been having a lot of pain in my right arm , I’ve put ice and heat and it fills like it’s swollen, like a big knot in a way. It’s at the musssul of my arm , extremely painful it gets worse at nite. Lisa I’m 51 yr. old female

Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan to look for any possible muscular cause.
As of now, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac or Tramadol for pain relief.
