What Causes Severe Right-sided Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards Back?
I have severe pain on my right side where my gallbladder is however when I move a certain way i get pain from my lower stomch all the way up my right side of my stomch, up to right back and shoulder, this has bed on for a few months or so I always feel full and now I m starting to be nauseous
Hello, This is typical presentation of gallstones or gastritis (severe oedema and redness of inner layer of stomach). You must do evaluation with USG abdomen and basic blood reports (Total white cell count, liver function test) which are helpful to differentiate these conditions. Treatment approach would differ for both as gallstones require surgery and gastritis can be treated with medications. Other less possible cause for such symptoms is stone in ureter (urine tube from kidney to urinary-bladder).
Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you. Have a good day!
