Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
As per my clinical knowledge, your mom has severe shortness of breath as her heart is not pumping sufficiently due to multiple factors. I would recommend to continue her regular heart medicines and be in follow up with her cardiologist for the same.
Hope this information will help you.
Do not hesitate to ask further doubts.
