What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain And Numbness In Coccyx?

Hi I have had left side shoulder pain which is minor when I take meds but hurts when I wake up in the morning. It hurts more when I bend my neck down (left side). I also have noticed today when sitting down my tailbone area went numb and started moving towards my groin. I am 23

Pain in left shoulder is likely to be muscular however it can be further evaluated by x ray of left shoulder. It's treatment assuming muscular pain is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen.
