My throat is hurting very badly. It feel very dry and hard to swallow . I have a pain in all my body on the skin and fever 100.1. But my skin feel like burning. with your symptoms and pain base of your (L) side of chest , In my opinion you are suffering from chest / throat infection. Start antibiotics and get an X ray of chest and consult a physician for treatment ASAP
