My son (11 yrs) has been waking up at night maybe once a week or so. When he wakes up he complains of stomach aches that hurt really bad . This has been going on for a little over a month or so. He said he had a bm at school. He says he doesn t feel like he has to go it just hurts. No fever or anything. No known food allergies.
