What Causes Severe Stomach Cramps Before Bowel Movements?

I have been experiencing this for years, I have bad stomach aches that cause me to curl up from pain along with feeling hot and sweating around my upper body (head and shoulders). I dont gain much weight and my appetite varies vastly from day to day, I may eat once a day or 5. Sometimes these stomach aches are relieved through diarrhea or normal bowels.

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. It appears that yiur are gaving IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome. I will suggest you to take antispasmodic agent like dicyclomine and a course of probiotic. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Wish you a good health
