What Causes Severe Stomach Cramps?

I have severe on/off cramps in my stomach-during the cramp which lasts 3-4 mins I feel cold/sweaty/ill. My doctor thinks it s potentially gallstones I feel it s an infection. ALT is high at 111 -all other liver tests are normal. Pls advice I am 35. On enbrel and methotrexata for ankylosing spondylitis too.

Here you have stomach cramps.
Two possibility.
1.gall stone
Or 2.Acute gastroenteritis

Your alt value is high ....It might be from drug induced....
Do you have done USG ????
USG helpful in detecting gall stone....

Here secondly it can be stomatitis or gastritis like inflammatory condition .
If severe spasm present antispasmodic drug like dicyclomine can taken..
Here antibiotic like oflixacin can be given ..
Eat soft and bland diet...
Avoid excess spicy food....
Here as upset stomach you can take daily sip of hot water ....

Take care....
If still problem continue USG done as further work up....
