Hi,
Severe stomach pain after alcohol intake is known. It usually occurs when you drink alcohol without dilution with fluids or food.
The stomach mucosa lining gets inflamed when one drinks pure or regular alcohol. That presents in the form of pain or nausea, vomiting.
There is not much to worry about. I suggest you to take an antacid (tablet pan40 i.e. pantoprazole or ranitidine) and eat something light to fill the stomach. I expect this to work in the next few minutes and relieve the pain.

Hope this home remedy helps your friend, feel free to ask any more questions.
