What Causes Severe Stomach Pain After Having A Chocolate?
After eating a piece of chocolate and one moca macaroon I m having stomach pains in the upper middle of my stomach, I don t usually get pains there, but I have had heartburn before not quite like this, symptoms are usually fullness and nausea. I ve taken a small cap of Aloe stomach formula, that usually helps but this time it did not sould I take a zantax?

Dear; thanks for using our service. Chocolate is irritant to the stomach and stimulates acid secretion which can cause reflux or gastritis. You can use ranitidine (Zantac) , cimetidine or Omeprazole.
