hello thank you for trusting HCM dear stomach pain with diarrhoea may be due to acute gastroenteritis. since when you re suffering from this problem?? have you had any food intolerance??what is your stool report says?? other possible causes are colitis, irritable bowel syndrome, lactose intolerance, malobsorption syndromes, pancreatic insufficiency, celiac sprue etc.. use loperamide if movements are severe.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
