What Causes Severe Stomach Pain At Night?
Why does my stomach hurt so bad at night? i would wake up in the middle of the night with sharp pain and i would be shaking. When i go to the bathroom nothing comes out and sometimes i even pass out in the bathroom its been happening for a few months now and my parents are starting to get scared.

I really appreciate your concern, right side abdomen pain could be due to many reasons but most common are appendicitis, urinary colic, in female it could be due to uterus pathologies all of these needs to be ruled out till then Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen can be tried, post voiding dizziness is very common and it may not be anything danger, if this is happening every often then CT brain is advisable hope this information helps.
