Noted the history about your Father having severe stomach pain in the upper part, had 2 endoscopies, MRI reveal nothing, gall was removed in past, The pain is severe, lasts for 1-2 minutes and comes on every 8-10 minutes, gets ok if he does not eat at all. Also has severe
constipation.
THe most probable cause can be gastritis or
pancreatitis and needs ruling out the cardiac cause.
I would ask him the following:
Clinical evaluation by the Doctor and also to have the following investigations:
EKG, X-ray of the chest,
ultrasonography of the whole abdomen.
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
These will get him the diagnosis and a plan for further management.
Until then give him a PPI like
Omeprazole, Antacid and see the results.
In chest there may be the cause like pleurisy or lower
lung infection which can cause the similar problems.
