What Causes Severe Stomach Pain While Suffering From Gastroperisis?

My mom is having severe stomach pain and she also has gastroperisis I called the ambulance and they took her in the emergency room but they sent her home because they said that she wasn t sick but it has been worse since she came home in really nervous and don t know what to do

Hello,
1) What is reason for development of gastroparesis for your mother?
2) Severe gastroparesis require aggressive medical support.
3) Stomcah propel food mixed with stomach acid towards small intestine for further digestion. When there is any kind of obstruction due to which food can not be propelled from stomach towards small intestine then food accumulate within stomach and due to this, stomach distends. Distension of stomach beyond its accumulative capacity can lead to stretching of wall of stomach. Stretching of stomach wall initiate mechanism to induce vomiting.
4) to prevent episodes of vomiting, it require to relieve distended stomach quickly and thus gastroparesis can be relieved.
5) Along with this acute treatment for relieve of gastroparesis, it require to look out for reason behind it which causes repeated episodes of this condition and should be treated accordingly.
