What Causes Severe Stomach Pains And Diarrhea?

I am having a severe stomach pains right now and watery diarea I don't know what to do help!? I had for breakfast cereal and much chicken fries wrap and fruit and for dinner I had has Wendy's and I had chicken and French fries. And I wil not stop shaking!
