What Causes Severe Throat Itching While On Benicar?
I am currently taking Enalapril Maleate 20, in going to the Doctor today, stating that I have a constant itchy throat, they said possibly it was the Enalapril. They gave me a sample of Benicar 20 mg, are the side effects any better or worse than Enalapril. In reading Benicar they seem pretty bad.

Enalapril it is the ACE inhibitor and it can cause a cough and dry throat in most of the patient if these are the symptoms are there then Enalapril has to be taken off and some another drug need to be tried.
