I just turned 50 last week i just noticed when i press the front of my shin it does not spring back and and the dent stays for a while then it finally shapes back out. this happens wnen im on my knees also or any pressure against the front of my shin. I don t have any pain i feel fine all the time. dont know why the dents stay for a while though.
These dents are sign of oedema, you will need a complete workup by your physician, to find the cause which could be due to blood pressure, or any renal or endocrinal problem.
