What Causes Severe Urethral Pain?
Hello, I’m an 18 year old female and have been experiencing severe urethral pain after a uti I had almost 2 years ago. None of my doctors seem to take it seriously and all of my tests and X-rays have turned up looking fine. There is also no bacteria in my urine. I’m also very tired all the time and have bladder pain along with it. The only thing that relives this is drinking ALOT of water. I also have anxiety so worrying about it all the time makes it so much worse..

Consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
Drink plenty of water.
You can go for an ultrasound scan and urine culture.
If there is an infection, antibiotics have to be started as per culture report.
