Yesterday I had sex , note new relationship. Bigger in size from other partners. Had some pretty intense sex. After I gushed a huge amount of blood running down my legs and blood clots the size of golf balls. Went to emergency they could not find nothing wrong. Period ended about 7 days ago. Never had happen. I do have pcos. Why would that happen.

HI, I understand your concern. PCOD is a condition caused by hormonal imbalance. Results in irregular/ no ovulation along with irregular/ scanty/ profuse bleeds. This had coinsided/ instigated by the intense sex... resulting in profuse bleeding after it.
Other conditions like vaginal polyp/ ovareian cyst can cause such bleeding. Detection/ Management of PCOD/ other causes becomes important in such case. please consult your gynecologist for proper investigations / guidance.
thanks.
