What Causes Severe Vaginal Itching?
Dr I had infection that was treated with clingen forte but it reoccured a day after my treatment was complete.Toilets at my work place are not that clean .Mostly i avoid using it but got infected a week back.it was a cheesy discharge with severe itching.but now itching is not there but still getting curdy discharge after the treatment is over,as i had to use the same washroom again inbetween the treatment and i was suspecting if i would have got the infection again and it happened.can i repeat the course or should i change the medicine.

As per your word your infection seems to be vaginal candidiasis, ya it can recur again and again. If I had such patient I would have to recommend you to get a blood sugar done and vaginal swab culture done. And if its fungal would have given:
1)Tab Fluconazole weekly for 4 weeks
2)Any pre or probiotic for 14 days
3)Medication to increase immunity
4)Local application of anti-fungal and antibacterial twice a day for 14 days
5)Use of vaginal wash of 3.5 pH twice daily to clean pvt part.
