What Causes Severe Weakness In The Legs?

EVERY FEW MONTHS OR SO MY LEGS GIVE OUT ON ME WITH ABOUT 10 SECONDS WARNING. THEY GET SO WEAK I HIT THE FLOOR. IT BEGINS WITH WHAT FEELS LIKE A DEEP VIBRATION IN MY LEGS, THEN TOTAL LOSS OF STRENGTH. IT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR MANY YEARS AND ORTHOS AND NEUROS LOOKING AT MRI DO NOT KNOW WHAT IS CAUSING IT. i CRUSHED SIX VERTABRA AND BOTH HIPS, I ASSUME SINCE IT BEGAN AFTER THAT FALL, IT IS RELATED. SO FAR NOBODY CAN HELP ME. iT HAPPENED AGAIN THIS MORNING I WAS UNABLE TO FIND SAFE LOCATION AND FELL ON THE TABLES AND CHAIRS.

As you have mentioned that you have pathologic fractures of the vertebrae which can cause some compression of neural elements. Hence, kindly get an MRI of the spine.
