What Causes Sexual Feelings Towards Same Gender?

I am 73 yrs old and since I have been treated for PTSD, I have not had a normal erection. I have tried the injections and get an erection, but no ejaculation My question is I no longer have a desire for intercouse, but when I look at nude male penises, I get pre=dum on my penis. However I get no arousal. So I watch other males on Gay sites to see what an ejactulation looks like. I have been on these PTSD meds since the war over 20 yrs now. I love my wife and have fathered 3 sons and raised another 3 children. Am I gay? I need some advise

You have mentioned that u have been on PTSD treatment for 20 years but you have not mentioned which all medicines you are on?

Regarding inclination towards same sex is seen from early adulthood. Since make up of our brain is from beginning only.
