Hello,

You have been diagnosed with gall stones and have been advised choleycystectomy. Presently, you are experiencing shakes and imbalance. It is indicative of essential tremor. Get clinically examined by a Neurologist, essential tremor is diagnosed on the basis of symptoms, and a complete neurological examination. Essential tremor won't show up on an MRI scan; however, blood tests and other imaging tests help rule out other conditions that might resemble essential tremor.

When you will be diagnosed with essential tremor, the treating doctor will treat you with beta-adrenergic blockers (beta blockers), such as propranolol, and the anti-seizure medication primidone. Stay away from addictions if any & stressful lifestyle. Since you are diagnosed with gall stones, get it removed at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
