Hello,
Welcome to Health Care Magic. I read carefully your query and I understand your concern.
The shaking hands are symptoms of hyperthyroidism and hypoglycemia; you should monitor the glicemia blood level and TSH for your dosage medication intake for your problems, because the over dosage of both of medicament that you take for hypothyroidism and diabetes type 2 can cause the shaking hands. Your problem from your description is from the over dosage of the thyronorm you should take 25 mg not 75 mg because you said that TSH were normal from your last blood test, and you decreased it to 25 mg, so don’t worry and take the right dosage of medicament and monitor them with the blood test analyze.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
Kind regard,
Dr .Marsida Janko
