General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Most probably it will be a panic attack. Other causes like cardiac and respiratory problems must be excluded.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and get evaluated. An ECG is required to rule out cardiac problems even though it is unlikely.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
