hi .. i m in desperate need of your help .. i m a 21 years old , female .. i ve had my hands shaking for a while now maybe 1 year or more don t really remember .. my right eye also keeps twitching , on and off .. today i noticed that my cheeks were shaking when i smile .. along with minor twitching in my right eye .. the shaking in my hands is constant but sometimes it gets bad and i can t even do my eyeliner .. i m terrified to death that i might have ALS or any other life threatening disease .. help plz .. what should i check for ?
Hello there, First of all calm down. I can understand that with all these symptoms you are getting concerned but some common vitamin deficiency can lead to the symptoms you have mentioned. For your age first we need to rule out common ailments. A thorough examination is needed before any tests can be advised however basic tests like, CBC, Vit B12 levels, Vit D levels, Serum calcium, Thyroid profile, Liver function can be sufficient for initial evaluation. Do get yourself examined and get these tests done rather than waiting and worrying. Do not ignore as it has been there for a long time now. Take care
