Hello,

This seems to be pretty normal to have palpitations while watching a movie in cinema, I would like to know its episodic nature duration and frequency of such episodes along with other features like feeling of increase amount of urine after this event. or any cough or shortness of breath or any swelling on your ankles. You need to investigate this problem for a disease if any by doing your ECG/EKG and echocardiography. and free T4.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Faisal Bacha, Internal Medicine Specialist
